Terms of service

These terms apply to merchants who create a shop on D2 Commerce OS Shops, operated by Mirav Labs, New Delhi.

Your shop

You are the seller for every order placed in your shop. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, stock, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including GST, consumer protection, legal metrology and food safety rules where relevant.

You must not sell anything illegal, counterfeit, restricted or harmful, or use your shop to mislead customers. We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms or the law, or that receives repeated customer complaints.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the payment gateway account you connect (such as Razorpay or Cashfree), under your own agreement with that gateway. Money from customers is settled by the gateway directly to your bank account. We do not hold your customers' money. Gateway charges are set and billed by the gateway. Cash on delivery is collected by you or your courier.

Fees

The first 100 orders every month are free. Orders beyond that are charged per order as shown on our pricing page, plus GST. We will tell you before any change to fees takes effect.

Your data and your customers' data

Your products, orders and customer details belong to you. We store and process them only to run your shop, keep backups and provide support, and we don't sell them. You must handle your customers' personal data lawfully and only for fulfilling and servicing their orders.

Service

We work to keep shops online and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, or for the acts of payment gateways, couriers, domain registrars or other third parties.

Closing your shop

You can close your shop at any time by contacting us. We can export your products and orders on request.
