Delivery policy

D2 Commerce OS Shops is online software: nothing is shipped to you. Your account and shop are available as soon as you sign up, and a paid plan's features switch on in your admin as soon as you choose it. Domain set-up and services from our team on the Scale plan are delivered within the times shown on the pricing page.

Products bought in a seller's shop are shipped by that seller under the shop's own shipping policy, linked at the bottom of every shop page.
