Terms for shoppers
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms apply when you browse or buy from an online shop built with D2 Commerce OS, a service of Mirav Labs ("we", "us"). Each shop is run by its own seller. When you order from a shop, you also agree to that shop's own terms of sale, shipping, returns and privacy policies, which are linked at the bottom of every shop page.
1. Who you are buying from
The seller named on the shop (under "Seller" at the bottom of every page, and on your order page) sells you the products, and your contract of sale is with that seller alone. The seller decides what is sold, at what price, how it is described, packed and delivered, and how returns and refunds work.
2. What we do
We provide the software the seller uses to run their shop. We are a technology service provider and an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not the seller, a marketplace, an agent of the seller, a payment collector or a courier, and we are not a party to your purchase.
3. Payments
Online payments go to the seller's own payment gateway account (such as Razorpay, Cashfree or Paytm) and are settled to the seller's bank. Cash on delivery is collected by the seller or their courier. We don't receive or hold your money, so refunds are made by the seller. For a payment problem you can also contact the payment gateway or your bank.
4. Products, delivery, returns and refunds
The seller alone is responsible for their products and listings, including whether they are genuine, safe, legal and as described, and for delivery, cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, warranties, invoices and taxes. The seller's policies on the shop say how these work.
5. Seller labels
A shop whose business details haven't been verified by us shows an "Unverified seller" label. When a shop is verified we remove that label. Verification only checks some business details at one point in time. We don't show "verified" badges, and we don't approve, endorse, certify or guarantee any seller, product or offer.
6. If something goes wrong
Please contact the seller first: their phone, email, WhatsApp and address are on the shop's Contact details and on your order page. If they don't resolve it, or you think a shop is fraudulent or breaking the law, use "Report this shop" at the bottom of any shop page, or write to us at support@d2c.in. We look at every report and may warn, restrict or suspend a shop, but we are not obliged to settle disputes between you and a seller. Your rights under consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, are rights against the seller and are not affected by these terms.
7. Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for anything a seller does or fails to do, including misdescription, fraud, late delivery or non-delivery, defects or poor quality, and refusals or delays of returns and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Your data
The seller decides how the details you give at checkout are used, under their privacy policy. We store and process them on the seller's behalf to run the shop.
9. Grievances
Grievance Officer, Mirav Labs, New Delhi 110088, support@d2c.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
